Good evening.

Ten days have passed since my computer was bricked by me changing my root OS' Basic Disk to a Dynamic Disk, and I have failed for the past ten days to find a solution. While my files are all present, my OS itself is completely corrupted.

My PC is a Dell Optiplex 9020 PC with "Windows VII Professional", running a sixty-four bit architecture. It boots into a native UEFI booting record.

To make this briefer, I will share the multitude of posts that I have made elsewhere, with the hopes of tying them together in order to get a uniform solution for future users.

Thus far, I have exhausted all the usual routes, which I have described in detail at this link.

The issue has nothing to do with the hard drive itself, because the hard drive is brand new and I bought it less than a fortnight ago.

I already used the "Farbar Recovery Scan Tool" and generated a log, but the forum said I am forbidden to post it or upload it as an attachment.

Attached to this post is the error according to the "Start Up Repair" from the W7 OEM Installation Disc.

This is the error: https://archive.is/1HziY/8b509a02adda00f685d60574f6472dcc7453ec4b.jpg .

Thank you for any assistance you may render.

Hi, since these links you have Posted are just 1 day old it would be best to keep following them up on that Forum.

As well as being impolite to the members of that forum it complicates things if there is issues with the recommendations from the other forum and here.

The â€‹second that I hit the button to convert it, my PC crashed and has been inoperable ever since. "Disk Genius", which is a recovery program I use, identifies the W7 OS as still being a Basic Disk.

As demonstrated at this link, a large part of my issue is that I can not run the System File Checker ("SFC /SCANNOW"). It says that I have a system repair pending which requires a reboot to complete. It tells me to restart and try again, but resetting my computer does not work. Some suggested I run a DISM command, but that did not help either. I feel that if I could run the SFC system, I might be able to save my PC.

â€

I am also devoid of System Restore Points, despite the fact that I take one every time I change something on my PC, and I even made a manual one. When my PC failed, I had four.

EDIT: I already have that FRST64 Log ready and would like to upload it in hopes that I can get a fix, like others have done.

This program was the solution to my problem. It was able to recover my corrupted "WINLOAD.EFI" data.
