Everything was working just fine today before I put my PC to sleep for a couple of hours this afternoon. After waking, I noticed I couldn't connect to the internet. The cable light connections on both the PC and router are lit up, but just in case, I picked up a new cable and tried again but the PC could not detect the connection. Opening my device manager, I found the Ethernet connection had a yellow triangle with an exclamation point and checking properties states that it cannot start due to a problem. I've tried updating the driver, resetting the internet connection and restarting my PC, but no success. I'm not sure where to go from here and any help would be greatly appreciated, as I am NOT tech savvy.

EDIT: Wifi works fine. I've included pics of the most recent couple of driver events if it helps.
