This is a Dell laptop running Win 11 that worked fine for 3-4 years. Now, while browsing in Chrome, went to turn on Spotify and all of a sudden the screen is black but it does have a working cursor.

Laptop is closed and display is on a monitor. Both the laptop screen and monitor show the same black screen. Tried resetting, unplugging, combo to reset grafics (the one with +B at the end). Nothing working. I can get into Task manager but that's it. I can't even get into control panel to get any info. I do get login screen and can log in, after that it is black.

Stupid user here.

Dell is "Dell UltraSharp 27" 120 Hz LED Business Monitor (DELL-U2724D)"

Laptop is Dell Inspirion 3593, P75f013 (not sure what that means) Manuf 2020

How and what else can I get out of Bios and Task manager to provide what other info is needed?

Thank you for your help

Here is what I see in Bios, sorry don't know how to post it any other way.
