Hi,

A Google search yeilds pretty much the same factory reset for this tablet, when off press on button and volume up at the same time.

However, I cannot get this to work? The tablet just turns on normally.

Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong here?

Thanks,

John

PS I just found their website online, they are UK based.

I did send them a request for how to do this.

Hopefully they will respond in a timely maner.

PPS In the mean time if anyone knows anything on how to make this reset work

I would greatly appreciate any advice.

John

Does the procedure as shown in the below video work? First Remove any Google accounts and also any Pin security code. You should also be able to do a factory reset through settings.

Also, have a read here regarding Factory Reset Protection
