My desktop was working fine for the past few years. I upgraded toa RTX 3060 and saw that my CPU temps were hitting 100 and the system would throttle. I ordered a new cooler on Amazon a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE CPU Cooler, 6 Heat Pipes AGHP Technology, Dual 120mm PWM Fans, 1550RPM Speed, for AMD:AM4 AM5/Intel LGA 1700/1150/1151/1200,PC Cooler and also Noctua NT-H1 paste

I had an acquaintance of mine swap the coolers because I don't have the necessary dexterity and some errors were made.

First he tried to use the motherboard mounts for the old fan but it wouldn't work. Then we switched to the wrong mounts for the Intel processor we had and finally he got it right,

The ram had to be removed from A1 and B2 and just used A2 and B2 because of clearance bringing me down to 32GB from 48GB.

When he was trying to put the cooler on multiple times it just moved around the CPU area. Now when I turn on the PC, all the fans spin but the system does not display anything on the monitor The diagnostic LED goes Red Yellow, Red Yellow then stays on Yellow.

I don't want to throw money blindly to solve this problem so what can it be?

According to the manual you need to use A2 B2 for the RAM.

That is where I have the memory. A1 is the slot closest to the CPU A2 is the one next to it. B1 is the next one and B2 is the one furthest from the CPU

Wass the CPU removed from the socket during any of this? If so, some of the pins could have been bent.

No the CPU was not removed at all. I'm wondering if the sliding of the cooler on it could have caused damage.
