Artistry is important to website creating, no question. However...generating a high hit count and where your site shows in web search engines is a technical skill that is complicated. Media marketing managers spend lots of time setting up their site to come up high on web searches, and that is not artistry, that is technical know-how.

Okay I got your point and I am completely agree with your point of view but for the same with the idea of high ring of media marketing manager, could you please suggest some new ideas for it, so that will increase the website visitors traffic

Your website needs accurate concise condensed information in all sections especially the 1st paragraph. Pictures need to be optimized for web page loading and the Alt tags and file names should reflect what it is and doing there.
Duplicate your all the stuff that is Keyword in the back end coding in Keyword and Description.
Find web sites that analyze for that. Learn google Webmaster and Bing Webmaster.
