yahoo not opening

Any webpage I try to visit works, BUT NOT YAHOO right now.  I am curious how to understand, and if maybe this is a temporary problem right now just with Yahoo.

 

 

Cursor in tab revolves for a while, and then on blank white window is this:

Unless you are referring to a more recent outage the outage in this topic took place more than a year ago and appears to have been resolved by the 5th September 2019.
