It is a So so program. It states it cleans but refuses to clean Edge. After running it you can run MS Disk Cleanup and stuff is still there to clean.
Pop-up Blocker - No idea as use other things.
Health Checkup, not a fan.
Tool Box - would be leaning against using most of them and would say DO Not use outside links of the program to 3rd party.
It is made by Chinese Developer.
So after several moths of testing have now deleted it from my system as a disguised reporting tool to MS and the Developer. I would label this as a Potentially Unwanted Software (PUM) and at worst Malicious. IMHO

LOL ya I thought how useful until it proved it was not. Windows 95 had a Registry Cleaner you could download. Was great. Disk CleamUp has been on the Start Menu since 1995.
Amazing how well a program does it's job still.
As well /or can use the DOS Command to do it's job from a ADMIN CMD Prompt : %systemroot%\system32\cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535
