:)  :orange: Hey everyone!...

OK sorry to do this because I'm new but...

I'm working on several animated films on rock groups and am in between wares right now. Unable to create characters from scratch because of sight issues having to do with contrast. Looking for a character design tool with the basic built-in assets. High quality graphics. Lipsync ability. Open posing ability. Occupation-specific clothing and regular clothing. And neat long hair for both genders. Need it to work with Win 11. I was using both Plotagon and Adobe's version of Fuse initially. Recently Adobe killed off their version of Fuse and I'm looking for a replacement for it. Am on the verge of asking someone to create a character design mechanism/app for me!..

Any ideas on this??...

Get back to me,

Thanks!

Red  :orange:  :)

Blender might have something that can help you. Blender is a 3d modelling and animation pacakage, it is complex and very versatile. The learning curve is steep. It will run on Windows, Linux or Mac. There are plugins for it called MakeHuman and Manual Bastioni Lab which let you create character figures ready to animate. Blender is free and opensource, I think the plugins are too, but they may have introduced paid extra-featured editions of the plugins too since the time I last read up about them. My suspicion is, you'd use blender and the plugins to generate overall video, then export that as a video file and use some other program, some sort of specialised video editor, to do lip sync stuff in a further processing step.
Back to visiting this site, every so often, been so busy in previous years.
