I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations/suggestions/tricks for copying large amounts of data from iCloud to an external SSD?
Obviously there's the drag and drop, but this has been riddled with complications thusfar; e.i. amount of time, timing out, sync errors, etc.
There's also the fact that my laptop (HP Spectre) has to download all of the data from iCloud first then copy it over to the SSD.
On top of that, every two seconds error code 0x800701AA, "The cloud operation was not completed before the time-out period expired", comes up, stopping the process and prompting me to either try again, skip, or cancel..
I feel like there has to be a more simple, efficient way to do this, but for the life of me I can't find one.
(I wasn't sure if this belonged in this section, external hardware, or even MacOS, so if I'm in the wrong place I do apologize)
