Hi, generally speaking Business Laptops do not do that well.
But with 16gig of ram and the SSD would be fine.
As outlined in search URL : https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=Dell+Latitude+3380+good+for++world+of+Warcraft+#cobssid=s
The Video Card would be the problem.
The I5-7200U chip can take up to 32 gig of ram as outlined below in URL
This does not mean your motherboard can.
There is a Driver page off of the link above that will be there till Chip is deemed obsolete. So if your Motherboard runs this as it is onboard the chip should keep copies as released.
Dell tends to use Propitiatory Drivers. The most problems seen here is BSOD on Video Drivers.
If that happens use DDU : Reinstall last driver that worked. EDIT : or newer Driver.
Keep updated and make sure BIOS is Updated.

SSD is rather small for large games. External Drives can cause issues for gaming.

Anything that is 350.00 is not going to last you long.

Do not know your Model info but : https://www.memorystock.com/memory/AcerAspire3A31521.html
Just update the SSD to what you can : https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/acer/aspire-3-a315-21
As you can see Model # is needed to determine anything with certainty. Model # is usually on the bottom of the laptop or in from start search -->System Information
