How do I stop hackers from hacking my cellphone?

Hey there Im trying to stop hackers from hacking my cellphone. Specifically they have a live feed of my phone. So whatever I see on my cellphone they can see it too. How do I stop this?

Most malware you'd likely encounter can't achieve persistence; if you restart it, shut it off, etc it should be fine after a restart. Can you give us more details?
