Help getting a boot loader

i used the same USB in a boot emulator and it works so i don't know

It won't boot because xp was never bootable from a USB from the day it came out. It's far to old. It'll also boot only in virtual settings as well.

ok so is there any way to make it bootable because rufus can make it bootable

Nope there isn't you'll need to create an optical disk.

have you tried woeusb-ing in linux? it works really well for windows usb setup ive used it for years and never had problems with it you should give it a try-bliss-hunter
