Hey guys Thanks a lot for your answers and suggestions I was busy and couldn't reply to your messages. Now I will try to reply most of your messages without multi quote.1. I know the risks of Windows 7. I am not planing to change to other operating systems soon so I just want the best protection I can have.2. I use Opera browser and it has a integrated free vpn but that vpn was not active when I saw Russian/French texts. Also that free vpn has Asia, Europe, North/South America, Best Location (options don't show which country) options. I suspect that opera changes ip even without vpn because sometimes I can download files from free download sites without required waiting time (these sites ask you to wait for a time before redownloading) Btw I also use Firefox browser (has no vpn) and I just checked the Windows download site again with it and Opera. Firefox shows Russian texts and Opera doesn't. What do you guys think now ?3. If installing that Windows 7 security roll up pack won't cause me problems (because I already have the newer sp2 updates it installs) I will install it. Do you know anything about this ?
Opera VPN is inadequate. Reference the site called Restore Privacy. However, they're a shill for NordVpn but contain useful information and warn about using free VPNs.

NordVPN claim that their VPN is actually fully supported for Windows 7
It's supported but not really. I have NordVpn and on Windows 7 the client won't update which is intentional. You must email support and they'll provide the last stable version for Windows 7. If you're running a legacy CPU that is meant to run Windows 7 or XP your speeds will slightly better than dialup with NordVpn. For my Windows 7 PC, I use and recommend Windscribe.

@system_shock:
Thank you for the update.
Your use of the QUOTE feature, however, makes the thread hard to follow.
So that we can better assist you:
Can you please tell us, with just a simple reply (no quotes), the question which you still need answered?
Thank you
@MoxieMomma Sorry I use this quote but I guess you will easily follow Installing this security package (nicknamed SP2) will cause me problems or not ? Here is the link :

Thank you for your answer What do you mean by inadequate ? Do you mean it can't cause Russian texts and I may be infected ?

I would expect others to not be so arrogantly rude and demanding. Again it is referred as a Roll-up Pack and is refereed by some as what would be a SP2 if one was released.
I'm not how my post was "so arrogantly rude and demanding", when I simply pointed out that your post was ambiguous and factually incorrect. These are technical forums so you must try and ensure that you're factual and unambiguous as possible.
The convenience rollup update is only referred to as Service Pack 2 colloquially amongst a subset of users, it is never stated as such in the official documentation nor widely used by anyone, therefore for those who aren't aware of this, then it can cause undue confusion because they're going to be looking for a service pack which simply does not exist.
It isn't difficult to just say "install this convenience rollup update which you need to download from the update catalogue".
The official service pack releases actually modify the version information in the registry, as well as, the build number used by Windows, so again, the convenience rollup update isn't a service pack. Windows 7 without SP1 is 6.1.7600.* and with the service pack, it's changed to 6.1.7601.*. It's not like the convenience rollup package changes this to 6.1.7602.*.
A mention does not mean I am giving detailed info.
Your post was ambiguous and doesn't even mention what .NET version you referring to, you simply pointed out that .NET was being "phased out" and couldn't be bothered to clarify which version(s) you meant. In fact, since Microsoft changed the nomenclature of the framework to just .NET, it could be interfered that you stating .NET 6 and 8 were being phased out. I'm not sure why you couldn't have just mentioned that the user should ensure that keep their .NET version updated to the latest supported version for Windows 7 and that applications targeting the newer runtimes may not work.
So much for hissy fits
Okay? You should focus on writing coherent and unambiguous posts in the future, rather than complain when someone has pointed out that your post was lazily written. You seem to like to complain about the OPs' posts in the BSOD forum, and oh, act as arrogantly rude and demanding.
