After booting to a 2017 Windows 10 bootable iso and deleting all partitions including the OEM, my HP f272wm was missing 4 drivers: Encryption/decryption and 3 others in the chipset (its an intel). After downloading from HP support & installing there were no more missing drivers but when trying to load Edge Chrome (had to download them from another pc) & Internet explorer i get Net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID The website sent back unusual and invalid credentials

I exported & imported all root certificates from another machine. (before importing there were very few root & intermediates; after importing roots the intermediates populated) The date & time are correct

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

The error occurs when your browser fails to validate the authenticity of the SSL certificate that secures your website. You shouldn’t  get this issue unless you haven’t installed a certificate or are utilizing HTTP, which isn’t recommended for your   website.

There are several reasons for resolving this issue. You can resolve the issue by checking in detail https://certera.com/kb/how-to-fix-net-err_cert_authority_invalid-error-in-chrome/
